By purchasing or accessing a dataset or research report from AI Industry Insights, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the data for internal business operations, strategic research, commercial forecasting, and competitor analysis.
2. Permitted Uses
You may extract analytical insights, generate internal executive presentations, and cite aggregated statistics in external publications provided that AI Industry Insights is explicitly credited as the source.
3. Restrictions & Prohibited Actions
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publish, or publicly share the raw datasets, full report deliverables, or substantial portions of the proprietary tables in any public or unauthorized internal forum without prior written authorization from our licensing office.
4. Citation & Attribution Requirements
Any authorized public reference, press release citation, or whitepaper mention derived from our datasets must include clear, prominent attribution to AI Industry Insights along with the appropriate publication year.
